Toronto, Ontario – October 19^th, 2022 – The Installation Group (“TIG”), a FirePower Private Equity portfolio company, today announced the acquisition of SkyCo Inc. dba Sky-Tec. (“Sky-Tec”). This acquisition expands TIG’s reach from Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Quebec, to include Atlantic Canada. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
