Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired IAMConcepts, a privately held Canadian company specializing in identity and access management (IAM) services. The acquisition will bolster Accenture’s ability to deliver advanced IAM solutions in Canada across key critical infrastructure industries such as financial services, power utilities, mining and transportation. FirePower’s Sell-Side Advisory division acted as the exclusive advisor to IAMConcepts.
