Kelsey Boyer

Kelsey is FirePower’s Lead Recruiting Consultant, helping the firm identify and bring onboard top talent. Kelsey is a CCF certified Leadership Coach and founder of Women's Leadership Accelerator, her 90-day mentorship program. The program is designed for women in leadership roles to help them overcome imposter syndrome, build confidence, and gain more clarity on their path so they can accelerate their impact and thrive in their careers (and life, of course!).

With almost a decade of experience leading teams, mainly in male-dominated environments, Kelsey's mission is to unlock the potential of women and develop more female leaders in the world.

Prior to joining, Kelsey worked in the technical recruitment industry. Her most recent experience was as Partner, helping to grow an AI recruitment start-up. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Fit Active Beautiful (FAB) Charitable Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering young girls to become strong women through the power of sport.
