(“AIIM”), an Ontario-based leader with an end-to-end platform that helps clients create, compose, manage, and deliver critical compliance and marketing communications in a SOC2 Type 2 environment. Its solutions are focused on financial services, insurance, retail, and non-profit industries.
The capital injection enabled AIIM to accelerate its roll-up acquisition strategy in the intelligent compliance document and direct mail industry. These strategic acquisitions allow AIIM to expand its expertise in data analytics for highly automated personalized clients omnichannel communications for its clients, provide carbon-neutral direct mail programs, amendable year-end tax solutions for financial institutions, industry-leading online form solutions for the insurance industry, along with adding state the art print and letter shop capabilities.
