FirePower provided a NAV lending facility to Limelight Properties, a real estate operator with a multi-property portfolio in Ontario. Rather than financing property-by-property, the structure allowed the borrower to draw against the aggregate equity value across its holdings, providing operational flexibility and liquidity.
