uls acquisition strategy & capabilities

Private equity firm Signal Hill Equity Partners is providing the financial backing for the continued growth of ULS.

ULS has a history of successful acquisitions and has refined its process to ensure a smooth transition for independent business owners, their employees, and clients.

ULS’s objective is to gain a footprint in most metro areas in Canada and the northern US, to better service large accounts, to improve responsiveness to municipal and government tenders, and to reap the benefits of coast-to-coast and cross-border operations.

ULS has retained FirePower to identify and engage with new acquisition opportunities.
