  • FSV is actively looking for acquisitions for Planned Companies (“Planned”), its facility services platform. Headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, Planned has been family led since its inception in 1898. Its objectives are to (1) expand its footprint and client base in key geographies; and (2) complement existing operations.
