Xinyi works with FirePower Capital’s M&A advisory team supporting sell-side M&A mandates. Prior to joining FirePower, Xinyi spent 7 years at PwC New York and Toronto office in both their Assurance and Deals practices. During her time in PwC Deals and Transaction Advisory, she assisted clients in Canada, U.S., and Europe on the financial due diligence of sell-side, buy-side and refinancing M&A deals. Xinyi holds a Master of Accounting degree from Fairfield University and is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
