Puneet Maheshwari

Puneet Maheshwari is part of the FirePower’s Corporate Development as a Service division. He is a business leader with over a decade of global experience and was previously head of one of the world's largest M&A platforms. He leads our efforts to expand into the APAC market.

Previously he held the position of an Executive Director at Aurigin Inc (formely BankerBay), a deal origination platforms catering to over 55,000 IB professional globally, where he led the business, operations, and strategy. Prior to that, he worked with HSBC and UBS within one of their leading research teams. He has more than 13 years' experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and research. He is passionate about building businesses from the ground up and has expertise in M&A, Corporate Development, P&L mgmt., Strategy, Business development and B2B SaaS.

Puneet graduated with an MBA from the Fore School of Management and a BBS in Finance from SSCBS, University of Delhi. He's also a CFA charter holder.
