Prior to Spearhead, Joseph founded Kuarts a FinTech company that simplifies valuations and brings varying experience from working at a legacy hardware company and a high-growth waste management company.
Joseph holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is currently pursuing his CFA designation. Outside the office, Joseph likes to explore on his road & mountain bike, travel, view art, and spend quality time with family and friends.
