Joseph Braganza

Joseph Braganza is a Director, M&A Advisory, in FirePower’s Corporate Development as a Service division, leading the execution of the firm’s mandates.

In previous roles, Joseph gained tenure as a M&A specialist, strategist, and board advisor, building sustainable, programmatic M&A strategies for high-growth organizations. Leveraging over 20 years of professional experience, Joseph held senior M&A/corporate development roles at CATC (BayMark Health Services), People Corp. (acquired by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking), Rexall Health Solutions (a subsidiary of McKesson Corp.), Danaher Corporation, Deloitte., and George Weston/Loblaw’s Companies.

Joseph earned academic sponsorships to complete his Masters in Business Administration at The Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. He also has a certification in Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
