Our client, BaAM Productions, a sports event production and management company, sold to Freeman, a global provider of brand experiences. BaAM’s shareholders and management had sought a strategic partner to take the company global, and with our assistance, found it in Dallas, TX-based Freeman.

Freeman Expands Into Sports and Entertainment Market with Acquisition of BaAM
Dallas – July 18, 2017 – Freeman, the leading global provider of brand experiences, announced today its acquisition of BaAM, a creative production company focused on the sports, culture, and entertainment markets. BaAM is a leader in the category in North America and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
