Our client, BaAM Productions, a sports event production and management company, sold to Freeman, a global provider of brand experiences. BaAM’s shareholders and management had sought a strategic partner to take the company global, and with our assistance, found it in Dallas, TX-based Freeman.

Freeman Expands Into Sports and Entertainment Market with Acquisition of BaAM
