Applied Comfort is a designer and manufacturer of non-standard HVAC systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. FirePower guided the company in its search for a strategic partner, concluding a transaction with a UK-based strategic, with a complementary product portfolio and distribution capabilities.

November 2016

LEAP Group was formed to acquire the assets of Metal Networks, an online quoting platform for metals procurement based in Austin, Texas. FirePower arranged a compelling deal structure for LEAP in this distressed situation.

October 2015

FirePower generated advised on the sale of an analytical chemistry instrumentation maker, with a strong commercially validated IP portfolio, to one of the most respected names in the sector.

Corrosion Service

March 2015

One of three equal shareholders of Corrosion Service, an infrastructure services company, approached FirePower, seeking to buy out the other two. Although this was a highly sensitive situation, we were able to raise the debt financing necessary for a successful close.
